Updating My Journey

7/4/24 Here is an update on my weight loss journey: I have lost between 16-20 pounds. I bounce up and down about 4 lbs, but I have  kept off  the bulk of it for a couple years now. Watch this video to see what affects my weight, and how I plan to continue my journey.
